A Den-full!
Delta, the female Sumatran tiger at the Wild Animal Park, is a mother again! She gave birth to a trio of cubs on November 13, and there's plenty of excitement and big grins among the keepers. The tiger tots, two males and one female, are busily exploring their den and strengthening their muscles. While the kittens aren't ready for the big exhibit yet, you can see a picture and get to know them through the keepers' blog on our Web site.
Don't Miss Festival of Lights!
This holiday season offers the last opportunity to bask in the glow of the Wild Animal Park's Festival of Lights! Next year, the event will move to the Zoo under the new name Jungle Bells. So this December, on the 20th anniversary of the first winter lights at the Park, gather the family and visit for the final Festival of Lights celebration. Brand-new holiday and animal-themed light features will have the whole family aglow!
Try Something New
After all the hustle and bustle this time of year, why not give yourself the gift of time—for a little creativity and seeing cool critters up close? Winter Art Camp at the Zoo has opportunities for kids and adults to unwrap their hidden talents. All programs include animal presentations.
Last Chance for Holiday Adoption!
The holidays are upon us, and there's only one way to please everyone: by purchasing a symbolic animal adoption that makes a real difference! Your gift provides toys and treats to many deserving critters. So why not give a gift this year that you can feel good about? Help us spread the message of conservation by adopting now!
