Join us as we explore the latest information on eco products and practices and learn practical and cost effective steps you can take to start living green! Jungle Love! Experience the wild side of romance at the Central Florida Zoo this Valentine’s Day. This adult oriented evening will include reserved seating (no lines to wait in) and a romantic dinner (alcoholic beverages can be purchased) while you learn about some of the fascinating and very unique ways that our animal friends manage to reproduce and keep their species going. This fun and light hearted evening will be hosted by our CEO and Dr. Love (one of the zoo animal keepers). Spend a WILD NIGHT at the Zoo with a special overnight camping adventure at the Rainforest Pavilion. Including an exciting flashlight tour of the Zoo, and a continental breakfast, members will also have an opportunity to reenter the Zoo in the morning before any one else arrives. Come learn how the Zoo is leaping into action to save frogs and other endangered animals around the world. The Central Florida Zoo will be participating in the annual nationwide Party for the Planet celebration. The Zoo will be showcasing conservation efforts and giving you tips and ways you can participate. You can also buy a stuffed animal and help to save the animals in the wild. Browse through booths highlighting conservation and preservation efforts in which the Central Florida Zoo is involved. Learn new ways to connect with the environment and make a difference in conservation by spending the day with the animals who share our planet. In addition, we will offer our first Community Recycling Day. Trick or treat in the wildest neighborhood in town during the Central Florida Zoo’s ZOO Boo Bash. It’s a safe, fun, and not-too-scary event for young and old alike. Kids are invited to bring goodie bags and wear costumes for trick or treat stations. If you forget your costume, face painting will be available.
